Sandra Johnson is a mother, artist, Birthing from Within® mentor and doula. Sandra has been a student of birth since her first pregnancy in 2004. As a mentor and doula, her desire is to help expectant couples navigate through their journey so that you may feel empowered by the birth of their child and move forward in confidence. Sandra holds her Birthing from Within® Childbirth Preparation classes at The Birth Place in Winter Garden and provides doula support for women throughout the Orlando area. She also offers Blessingway planning, pregnancy belly cast sessions, and belly art.
